Landlords, Property Developers and homeowners alike and on average our customers save over 50% when using Alpha Surveys to produce their plans, compared to many Architects.
We Guarantee our prices are the lowest available and offer to beat any genuine like for like quote.
For most projects, we are able to give a quote via our online enquiry form or via telephone. Where there are elements that cannot be costed - for example structural calculations which may depend on the final design - we will give you an approximate cost following our first visit and a fixed cost as soon as the final design is agreed.
Below you will see a list of our prices, some larger homes/businesses or projects will have to be priced accordingly.
A payment of 30% of your total order value is payable in advance to cover the cost of carrying out a full technical survey. This payment can also be made on the day of survey if required.
For payments in advance of your survey you can pay via cash or cheque.
Beware of architectural companies that will not give a quote on small residential extensions / alterations without first arranging a visit and giving the "hard sell", also beware of very low quotes - these are often only good for planning purposes only and do not have sufficient detail or the required specifications needed for Building Control Approval and most construction companies will not be able to tender for the project based on the information provided - Always check whats included.
