Please note: a call out charge of £50.00 is payable at the time of the initial visit if you decide to proceed, and is deductible from our planning fees.

 

Planning Application fee payable to your Local Authority

Building Regulation Fee payable to your Local Authority (If applicable)

The Building Regulation fee is calculated from a table known as "Scale of Fees" and is based on an estimate of the cost to carry out the building work. Please click here to obtain further information and approx costs.

 

Ordinance Survey Site Location Plan

An Ordnance Survey site location plan is required by your Local Authority and must be provided in electronic format (approx £35.00)

 

Structural Survey (An approved Engineer)

If the Local Authority Building Control/Standards Section requires structural calculations to be independently checked by an Approved/ Qualified Surveyor/Engineer you will need to appoint and pay the fee of a suitable and approved company/person.
